0.5.3 Release

Hello There and thanks for your work on succinct !

Can I gently request a publish of head on 0.5.3 ? It contains a 32bit support and I'd love to rely on the official version instead of a patch :)

Hey, I'm sorry for being so slow. (In the future, it might work better to email me as @cerisier just did. My GitHub notifications are cooked and I don't use GitHub for anything these days).

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "a publish of head on 0.5.3". Are you asking for a tag and release?

I'm wondering whether it would make sense for someone else to take over from me as maintainer. Do you know anyone who would be interested?

Sorry yes, I mean, publish a 0.5.3 version of the crate ! I'll let @alexkirsz have a say about potential maintainers if he has an idea.
