Sorry django is 1.11.13 when I did django-admin.py version within demo . And according to #81 resolved I updated but no luck . maybe its due to some plugin ?...

Getting error while the user is disabled(is_active=False)

seems your view is not returning any response on some condition. its not DRF-social-oauth2 issue.
