[front] UI to manage vouches

  • On a standalone vouching page accessible from top-right menu
  • Should show vouches given and received (usernames displayed in Chip). For now, trust value is always 1.
  • A text input allows to paste trusted friends's username for vouching them
  • Given vouches can be deleted
