V2 Rewrite

It's time to get back to this dead old project and do a proper rewrite for v6 ROS.

The V2 Rocket version :rocket: will try to avoid using the unrealiable Mikrotik SSH now that it's possible to do API calls for tracert too. http://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?t=87853 this will fix #4

It likely won't run on PHP. go library https://github.com/Netwurx/routeros-api-go
