Update to 1.9(.4)

This pull request adds support for 1.9(.4) (With included gradle build file which could probably be done better, first time using gradle)

Unfortunately it breaks chat highlights (it results in messages being displayed twice in the same line, once without and once with color) and I haven't figured out yet how to fix that (yet). As its isn't a core feature I added a config option (issue #7) to disable it completely until its fixed.

I also took the liberty and made the commands case insensitive.
