OPT_EXPERIMENTAL tracking issue

#346 does seem pretty safe, I think we can drop the OPT_EXPERIMENTAL for that at least.

Thank you for the bug report. I'm not sure what could be happening. The Tcl/Tk version should not be a factor unless you've built the binary yourself: the flexprop binaries...
