Idea: link each point to a tosback paragraph and a case
I tried this morning to curate a few points, and it became obvious that to decide if a submitted point is good or bad, it's necessary to compare it to what score we gave similar points in other service reviews. I'm now thinking it would be good to change the database structure a bit, making two changes:
- store the paragraph in a tosback-crawled document that caught a reviewer's attention
- make points service-independent descriptions of why a paragraph is remarkable, and whether it's good or bad etc. - this is what I call a 'case'
- a data point would then link a tosback paragraph to a case.
I'll discuss this idea with @piks3l
