Get the tosdr extension into the Mozilla Privacy collection

We should get the tosdr extension into https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/collections/mozilla/privacy/

(as soon as it works again!)

I searched for a way to submit it, but couldn't find one. We should probably ask on https://forums.mozilla.org/addons/viewforum.php?f=20

The only reasonable way to get it there is through internal contact (same goes for getting featured). If you'd be still interested I might try to do something about it/
