First of all, anti-fraud is not an open source app, so we don't have access to its source code, and it is illegal to include it in Linux -- a GPL project.

Secondly, to include it in Linux, we need the Android runtime to be included too, which is also incompatible with GPL license.

Thirdly, this is the wrong place to request new features, it should be a new issue rather than a comment in someone else's pull request.

Finally, I understand that your job may require using this software, however, this is not something that should be done at the kernel level, but at the application level. It is the application developers who should support the operating system, not the operating system developers should support specific applications. You'd better advise the anti-fraud developers to release a Linux version and install it on your own computer if you really need to use the app on Linux.
