Issues cleaning

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently there are a lot of open issues that are either already answered or simply the ticket author does not answer anymore.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be good if here would be cleaned up a bit, so that it is easier to find out what are currently open problems or questions and what is no longer relevant.

The closed issues are still searchable.

Also, it would probably help the project if more tags were used. So that it can be filtered and moreover for more overview and context in the issues would be ensured.
