How to run plugin on winamp?

I pasted dsp_shuicast.dll inside winamp's plugin folder and it says NOT LOADED. Also great job you want to mix mic/winamp that will make SAM Broadcaster obsolete for me and make me free. Winamp is the best

You have to load it explicitly in Options/Preferences/Plug-ins/DSP/Effect - it should appear there if you copied the DLL into the Plugins folder. I am still using Winamp v5.6.1 and didn't test any newer version. Winamp sometimes changed its plugins interface, so there is a chance that it won't work with a newer version.
