Enhance the security of Docker containers used in the Torrust Tracker repository, ensuring robust protection against vulnerabilities and attacks.

If you are a security expert in docker, please consider contributing by adding more subtasks.

Other tasks/practices are specific to running the container. I have added them to the demo tracker repo.
