[REQ] Move to bottom and top in "Files" tab

Add move to bottom and top in "Files" tab might be helpful especially for long file lists

I think it is a bad design. Its will very rare used extra buttons which take extra space on toolbar. Application should be minimalistic. As I mentioned in other issue dragging should be improved.
