torbrowser-launcher not working "Error starting download"

When I try to open the Tro browser using the command torbrowser-launcher it ends with this error

Trying to download it over Tor. Are you sure Tor is configured correctly and running?

I have tried to change the mirror links but still, the same thing appears. image

i think i have the same problem.

Edit: i managed to install tor via flatpak, i don't know why i couldn't install it via regular apt.

torproject.org might be blocked by your ISP or network, try using a VPN
