Feature Request: Preserver Downloads folder on reinstall (or show warning before doing so)

Hi,

Great little installer, very handy. However, I'd like to make a suggestion.

After I upgraded to Torbrowser 11 via the browsers own updater. I had major gui/tab layout corruption and artifacts. For example the tab height were 3-5 taller than normal and the URL field had shrunk to only a small fraction of the screen width.

I tried creating a new identity, but it did not fix it. Clearing cache didn't help.

Before I went further, I backed up my bookmarks, saving them to the torbrowser's local Downloads folder as it cannot write to folders outside this. In my case on a GNU/Linux system:

~/.local/share/torbrowser/tbb/x86_64/tor-browser_en-US/Browser/Downloads

I then closed Tor Browser and started the torbrowser-launcher and selected the "Reinstall Tor Browswer". This downloaded Tor Browser and installed it successfully. I started Tor Browser again, but found I had lost all settings/plug-ins and bookmarks. I had assumed I would just import the saved bookmarks. However, I found the local browser folder had been completely wiped. All bookmarks I had saved in the Download folder had gone. So I lost all the saved bookmarks ( I wish I had copied them to a folder outside of Tor Browser now).

I might have missed something. However, it would be good to have a pop-up warning that "Reinstall Tor Browser" will delete all user created data/folders in the local Tor Browser folder.

Or can torbrowser-launcher not delete user created / saved data and folders in the local account (e.g. Downloads content)?

Cheers
