Improve the .desktop files

In the .desktop files (https://github.com/micahflee/torbrowser-launcher/blob/develop/share/applications/torbrowser-settings.desktop https://github.com/micahflee/torbrowser-launcher/blob/develop/share/applications/torbrowser.desktop) you pretty much just have the same string 3 times:

Name=Tor Browser Launcher Settings
GenericName=Tor Browser Launcher Settings
Comment=Tor Browser Launcher Settings

Name=Tor Browser
GenericName=Tor Browser
Comment=Launch Tor Browser

Maybe it can be something like:

Name=Tor Browser Launcher Settings
Comment=Adjust settings for Tor Browser Launcher

Name=Tor Browser
GenericName=Web Browser
Comment=Launch Tor Browser

Perhaps also add Keywords lines if you want.

I suggest adding the strings in the po files so translators will have an easier time translating the strings.
