update & some fixes

-working with current version of pybtex -moved writing the output file out of the loop -parsing journals etc. only when needed -tried supporting author/title lookups on google scholar but then realized that google scholar does not give dois :(

it's probably because crossref.org wants only the surname of the first author in the query. The substitution here however, regards the title of the paper and it turns out that crossref.org is not good with titles containing ":" - I further removed "." & "," for good measure :)
