Set EleConstraintEnforcer to LP crash

steps to reproduce:

1. choose that option (i don't know what it is for or what is the best to get a realistic map)
2. open a map (in my case it is about 1MB, works with other options)
3. in step 3/5 O2W crashes with that message:

if you can't reproduce it with your map, i can upload it somewhere.

using latest build from today on OS X 10.6.8 with Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_65-b14-462-10M4609).
