tiles with defect multipolygons sometimes fail to render

There are some tiles that fail to render because of geometry errors in the data. The property that first and last vertex must be equal causes IllegalArgumentExceptions for defect multipolygons and may cause a crash of OSM2World.

Sample tiles for this kind of bug are: 4340/2651, 4331/2652, 4349/2652, 4349/2657, 4350/2652, 4351/2654, 4353/2654, 4359/2653
