Removes icons on the left when running applications

After KB5030310 Windows 11 update, when I run an application, it removes icons from the left side of the taskbar when RTB is in dynamic mode. More applications I run, the more icons are cut off from the left side of taskbar. Once I close them, icons reappear again.
