[Bug] Dynamic Mode Not Correct Size Windows 10 23H2 Build 22631.2338

Hello and good day everyone.

I've been using RoundedTB for a long time now and it's a phenomenal app to make the Windows 11's desktop look more simplified. However, in Windows 11 23H2 build 22631.2338, the taskbar does not show all pinned icons, opened apps, search bar, start menu, and task view buttons.

For reference, my taskbar has the start menu, task view, file explorer, MS Edge, task manager, and notes pinned to the taskbar. When I run RoundedTB, I only see file explorer, MS Edge, and task manager; they're all pinned to the taskbar. The start menu, task view, and opened apps (not pinned) are not shown at all unless I disable dynamic mode.

I've tried the following...

1. Aligning taskbar left and back to center
2. Disabling and re-enabling dynamic mode
3. Pat my PC
4. Trying out canary RoundedTB (https://github.com/Gniang/RoundedTB/releases/tag/canary20230918) per RoundedTB Discord Server support channel

This issue is similar to issues #322, #320, #317, and #304. Still open at the time of typing. Right now, setting the inner margin to "-132" partially works but leaves an excess of space on the sides. I also use the taskbar without dynamic mode with just the top left and right corners rounded.

Since Windows 23H2 public release is scheduled for 26 September, I think the developer should really take a look into this and provide a fix. Many machines will be updating to this build and there is no other alternative to this app; not even Rainmeter or TaskbarXI. Sadly, I and many others may flock from this app if this is not fixed.

Much thanks and please fix this ASAP or at minimum provide a statement.
