Top of the taskbar not being rounded

when I use Rounded TB, the top of my taskbar doesn't get rounded, but the bottom does.

SOLUTION: add 25 (maybe more) to the wanted top margin

SOLUTION: add 25 (maybe more) to the wanted top margin doesn't work, you aren't able to round the top corners it seems
