Dynamic mode isn't working on second montor and auto hide taskbar function doesn't work

Dynamic mode doesn't seem to work on my second monitor, but on my primary monitor it works as intentded.

Auto hide taskbar function doesn't work on both of monitors, when i hower mouse taskbar isn't popping up

This has been an issue from start but its far better now. Check for the setting in #279 for getting the hover option working properly
