First of all check your border settings and try changing to center alignment and then applying the roundedTB for it to take effect.

**(My opinion) Remove the search box so that the roundedTB looks normal

My RoundedTB got messed up as well but i use my taskbar in center alignment and ended up having only the part between the icons and the tray area removed while the entire left side of the bar remained visible. I changed the taskbars alignment from center to left and back to center again (while rounedtb was running) and now it seems to be working fine. I rebooted the pc to make sure and the taskbar is skinned on both sides like it should be

I found that when increasing the margin value I could get a rounded upper corner so it seems that the corner/reference point has been moved "upwards" about ~20 pixels. This might be the reason that we don't get the rounded corners.

RoundedTB 2023_3_18 20_38_16 Setting the top margin to 25 can solve this problem, but after setting, the taskbar will be automatically hidden and cannot be dragged to display the taskbar
