Bar is not being dynamicly sized on second monitor

on my second monitor the bar dose not resize dynamicly like the first monitor

I can reproduce this behaviour on Windows 11 22621.1194, the visual impact being identical. The border of the second taskbar seems to change, but neither the proper rounding nor the dynamic mode functions correctly.

Windows 11 cumulative update 22H2 somehow fix this issue. My laptop just restarted from this update and boom... roundedTB works perfectly now!
