"Run at startup" option is not working

I'm on Windows 11, the latest update, and RoundedTB isn't running on startup even though the "Run at startup" option is checked. I looked in Task Manager and it seems like a DLL is being linked as the executable to be run at startup instead of "RoundedTB.exe". This makes sense because when I restart my computer, Windows asks me what program I'd like to use to open a DLL.

I unchecked the "Run at startup" option, watched it be removed from the Task Manager startup list, rechecked it, and the DLL was linked once again.
