So I've been messing around with rounded tb and transparent tb to create that dock experience at the bottom middle.

Then I tried something called linkbar to create a shortcuts launcher below and startallback to move the entire taskbar to the top.

That's when I realized that having the system tray at the top is super useful on my surface pro x.

I just wish we could force the task bar down and move the system tray to the top.

Do you know if this is possible and is this a feature that can be added to any of your applications?

See the screenshot for an example of what I mean...you'll notice open tasks still show at the top, i jsut wish we could push those to the bottom and move the system tray up to the top.
