RoundedTB not working and taskbar flickering when clicking "apply"

When I open RoundedTB and apply my setting the taskbar flickers for a bit and turns back to normal. (in the video I couldn't get it to flicker) It seems to generally not work, I already tried re-installing it, deleting RTB.json and changing virtually every setting it has.

Does anyone know a solution to this? Thanks
