Bug on power off | Win 11

When you turn off the power on the laptop, the "show system tray on hover" mode stops working. If you switch the mode again, the hover effect starts working again. I am using Windows 11 build 22000.469.

P.S. Found another bug with the "show system tray on hover" mode. Sometimes when switching between application windows, "show system tray on hover" mode stops working. Instead, the "show system tray (Win+F2)" mode is enabled, although it is displayed as inactive. If you switch modes, then everything works again.
