Most of the words in the app are garbled. I‘m trying to change the language ,but it doesn't work. How can i fix this problems! Screenshots： image

I have the exact same problem as @Tinsiag on Windows 10. Changing the languages and restarting or reinstalling the app does nothing. Program is completely unusable in this state. Appears to be a font rendering issue. I installed the app on a VM using WIndows 11 and the UI font renders fine.

I also ran PDFsam Basic from the .bat file and I'm seeing this output when it starts up:
