Illustrator non printable layer appears in merged pdf

Hello and thxs for this wonderfull utilitie, but i'm having an issue when mergin multiples illustator pdf, i made sure that my AI has layer print off for the layers i dont wanna see, sumatra, window preview and other see the output pdf as it should be, but when i merge using pdfSam i get all layers form all the AI pdf, it's a mess lol, how can i set pdfsam to ignore the unwanted layers ? thxs best regard's Bud
