Windows Installer Stuck If Opening Web-Page Disallowed.

PDFsam 4.3.1

If I prevent the Windows installer opening a web page (Thanks?) via calling the default browser, the installer gets stuck. I can hit "cancel" and it asks, if the installation should be cancelled. After confirmation, nothing more happens, the installation dialog stays open. Possibly leaving all temp files sitting around the system.
