Default column order

Hi PDFSAM staff!

First of all, I would like to say that I LOVE the program!

The one issue I have had is that every time it's launched I need to move the column-order. It's a very small inconvenience, but it would have been so awesome if the program remembered my column order (and preferably colum width as well). For example I always have to move the "Pages" next to "Name" so that I can quickly tell if I need to insert a blank.pdf (for double-sided printing to work correctly during merge).
