Feature Request: ability to edit margin/padding of the page numbering

I have PDF Sam Enhanced and need to change the position of the page numbering... editing the margins of the page-layout does not work. The numbers are placed very low and are not visible when printing.

Is it possible to change the padding/margin of the page-numbering?
