PDFsam Basic is listed as a command in Windows 10 Start menu not as an application

PDFsam Basic is listed as a Command in Windows 10 Start menu and not not as an Application. As a result, it [the program and the possibility to select it] shows up (is suggested) only after typing the whole string of "pdfsam". On the contrary, PDFsam Enhanced is suggested already for "pdf" and is listed as an Application.

I don't see anything strange in my Win10 box, or maybe I didn't get what is the issue, isn't this what you would expect? win10_search

Here are the results which I can see on my Windows 10 Enterprise, Version 1703, OS build 15063.786 windows start string pdf windows start string pdfsam
