Loki library is very old, difficult to get

Original website is down, had to search (hard) for alternative (2005 vintage). TOra built after that, but segfaults every time:

/arch/TOra/tora-master =>tora& [1] 4185 /arch/TOra/tora-master => [1]+ Segmentation fault (core dumped) tora

Please produce and publish package for RHEL/CENTOS 7.

You can use cmake option -DWANT_INTERNAL_LOKI=1. Some distros like (Fedora for example) insist on using their own libraries, and are upset from the fact that Tora embeds libs like Loki/Antlr.
