Tora 3.0 Oracle 12 client Oracle 9i TNS DB Extraction/Compare/Search is not available in Tools/Settings

Tora 2.1.3 has the features of DB Extraction/Compare/Search.

I am using it, 2.1.3. It worked, however, when I extract 500++ Views, some objects extraction encountered TNS error when I connected via VPN but other tools have no such issue, e.g. SqlTool & SqlTool++. The source codes was not able to be extracted properly.

In general, when I use it in more secure and stable environment, it can extract all Views properly. It seems great!

Ok, I made some fixes in trunk. So at lease extraction is working somehow. implementation of Compare will be a big challenge. So at least the "Extract" will be in the next release.
