no feedback on updated or deleted rows (windows 64bit tora3 )

tora3.0.0 does not give feedback how many rows are handled (eg. deleted, updated) as this is crucial feedback info when manipulating data in sql, please implement this.

cfr tora-2.1.3 provides this info
