Guide for building Tor with Tor2web patch should be fixed for Ubuntu 14.04

It seems that current guide for building tor with the tor2web patch is not working on an ubuntu 14.04 but only on an Ubuntu 12.04.

it is possible that simply we should setup different packages in order to build it.

Here follows the error for command: debuild -rfakeroot -uc -us

Same Problem with Ubuntu 16.04.3 and Debian 8.9.
