Mod tool outright doesn't work

Issue: The mod tool will not add any mod - when a .mgsv file is selected and opened, the mod manager doesn't do anything. When the online mods tab is clicked on, it simply disappears. No mods are being installed. Log file does not have anything of any importance.

The OS I use is Windows 10. MGS5 is a legit, newest version downloaded from Steam. There are no other mods present whatsoever, the game's as clean as it gets.

The mod in question is Infinite Heaven, newest version downloaded from the Nexus.

+1. The mods I try to install just keeps saying I need a newer version of SnakeBite, even though I have the latest release.
