Reorder exercises so that they increase in "difficulty"

Talked to @sjoanes about this a bit, and I agree. My thoughts are maybe the bulk_create and update ones should come before select/prefetch related? And maybe the .filter one to fetch many records based on a list of IDs should come earlier.
