Documentation update

I've just added some info to the rdoc comments for sparklines.rb, which show how to use it in a rails 3 app, since the plugin doesn't work anymore and neither does the generator. I also added some info about finding the options for specific graph types, which weren't that obvious in the documentation on [sparklines.rubyforge.org].
