Symlinked files open in a separate TextMate window

In TextMate,

• Open a directory with local files and also other files symlinked from other places.
• Activate PeepOpen and choose one of the symlinked files.
• It opens in a separate window, not within the TextMate project.

It should open within the TextMate project.

(This probably has to do with opening the symlink path instead of the full path to the original file).

I have the same problem. In our projects we have enough symlinks that it is making this application unusable for our case.

Same problem here, but we only use symlinked directories (e.g. the app/models directory)
