or maybe .peepproject file with rules for what to ignore or find

i am sure we all have projects which have their own unique ignore rules. and this little file would also help PeepOpen know what is a project or not.

I was going to open this issue before I found it already posted. Sad that it's been 6 months and no word on this. Any chance that it'll happen?

Interesting idea! We just published a big 0.3.0 update with a lot of stability fixes and will look at this for a future revision.
