Throwing darts and it's showing the singing animation

Additional Information (Steps to reproduce/Expected behavior) : Throwing darts at mobs and it's showing the singing animation. I'm including a video in the zip file.

looks a lot like /welcome animation
This happens when the player lockstyles a set that doesn't include their ranged weapon, then equips the ranged weapon and performs a ranged attack.
That was actually with no lockstyle.
Can confirm this is still happening with 30180427_2.
I do not have lockstyle on. I do use equipset macros to change into gear, but that is the only menu item.
I've tried a few different items for throwing ( pebbles, bonanza balls ) they all do the wrong animation.
Equip a "throwing" weapon such as dart or shuriken. Try to /ra. You will now do the singing without an instrument equipped animation. I do not have lockstyle on
I have tried with lockstyle to a dart, lockstyle to an xbow, lockstyle to an arrow, lockstyle to a bow, lockstyle to a shuriken, and lockstyle off. All of them result in the same bug.
I found a way to make it work with shurikens(I had gear lock addon loaded and it doesn't work correctly on topaz for throwing. However, darts still do not work.
