support PD and PPS in ONE firmware image

right now, in order to use

• PPS, you need to flash: https://github.com/tooyipjee/Spark-Analyzer/tree/master/PlatformIO/WebApp_PPS
• PD, you need to flash: https://github.com/tooyipjee/Spark-Analyzer/tree/master/PlatformIO/WebApp

it would be great if we could have a single FW that supports both.

@tooyipjee are you aware of some big blocking challenges to this? (incompatible libraries needed, not enough storage space, etc) or is it more a matter, of - just hasn't been done yet
