Set visible threshold / sector lines

How's this feature coming along? I was just about to start digging around in the code and trying to figure out how to implement a simple target-line, and tips?

I haven't started working on the code yet. I was researching designs for the threshold. Having just a line would not be very indicative of threshold, unless you know exactly what it represents. I was thinking more in terms of classic "redline" area, like on car speedometers. I would definitely like to see the UI design before going into code. Anyways, comments and suggestions are welcome...

Ah. Thanks for the feedback. A car speedometer red-line seems like a nice idea and fits nicely with the justgage look. I'll let you know if I have any alternative UI ideas.

Speedometer is a nice idea, but I was thinking something along the lines done now. Take the show color by sector examples - but instead of the color showing only on the actual gauge, it'll show on the background, maybe a lighter tone, and the gauge will fill over it, maybe with a darker tone...?

So what about the situation where you have multiple gauges across your dashboard? All of them painted in different colours representing sectors, and the only actual value indicator is, say, black needle. Isn't that a bad readability? :)

Here is an example where the previous suggestion can be clearly seen - it was made back when I suggested #124 and #126 I was thinking about - ended up going with another tool, but the idea remains. 5 gauges, where the sectors changing point are different. The idea I mentioned a while ago would be that so the filling gauge would be a darker tone than the background which shows there the sectors divide. A nice application for this is when we need to know just how far we're from crossing, say, from a "Ok" sector, to a "Warning", or from a "Warning" to "You're dead". 2015-11-23_14h50_13

Yep, something like that might work. Thanks :)

Hello, Can you please inform when will be the Speedometer dial be implemented or has it been implemented already? Justgages have beautifully fit inside my Dashboard screen and i just need to add ranges inside the arc. Your help is greatly appreciated.
