Deck editor: missing right click options on card art in info widget

The same which got implemented in #3113 should be possible when clicking on the card art in the `Card Info` widget. Then, a right click option to update/reload/refresh card pictures...

use scryfall api to get prices

At one point card price support stopped to work, and we removed it month later (https://github.com/Cockatrice/Cockatrice/pull/2670). There is the possibility to use the Scryfall API to get card prices instead....

Update the card image in real time on Token Dialog

OS: Win 10 64bit Cockatrice version: Version 2.3.18-custom_83f287b (2017-06-18) __________ Since we have token art in the create dialog showing now (--> https://github.com/Cockatrice/Cockatrice/pull/2639) it should also display the correct color...
