Expected behaviour at the moment, only the main window sizing is saved, the edit mode isn't. Will look to adding this in a future release.

Looks like it has something to do with the MD formatting of code and some other block types.

Ok, I've tracked down the issue, it's with the monospace code not updating the font size. It will take a bit to fix due to how the code works, but...

Ok, it looks like this is fixed in the development branch, so next release should resolve it. I'll leave this open for the time being until after the next release...
