Add various UIs to insert links to notes

When I right-click on a note in the list of notes I would like to have a "Link to this note" option in the context menu.

When I right-click in the area where I write my text I would like an "Insert link to a note" entry which presents me with a dialog where I can pick which note to link to.

In the bottom Folio toolbar, when I click on the Insert button I would like a "Insert Link to Note" entry in the menu which would present me with a dialog which lets me pick a note to link to.

Seems like all good ideas for some future release.
